  • SHIPPING
    How quick will my fan ship? Our hand fans generally ship the same day, Monday - Saturday, for orders before 5 pm ET. You will receive email and/or text notifications of the shipping process. How much does shipping in the U.S. cost? Typically, we ship USPS and give you a discounted rate for your hand fan order. For one to two products, shipping prices are between $3 and $5. Often, orders can ship free if you meet the purchase minimum. Do you ship internationally? We ship our hand fans worldwide. All prices on the website are in USD and shipping prices refer to US shipping. International shipping and or custom/import fees may apply yo your order if placed outside the U.S.
  • RETURNS
    What is your return policy Fans, which are still wrapped in their protective sleeve, are able to be returned at any time during the first 30 days for a full refund. If for some reason your fan breaks, due to normal wear and tear, you can opt to receive a full refund within 30 days. All fans are covered by The Gay Guarantee, which gives you 90 days of full replacement should your hand fan be defective.
  • CUSTOM ORDERS
    Can I order just one custom fan? Unfortunately, no. Due to the high costs of production and shipping, we require a minimum of 20 hand fans. How long do custom fans take? Typically, once we have finalized a design with you, you will have your custom order in 20 to 25 days from the date of approval. Do you offer graphic design services? Yes! The Gay Fan Club can help you design your perfect fan with you. Our graphic design service is very reasonably priced and is often waived with high enough quantities of custom fans.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
